and also bought a new home for $250,000 ($500,000 in total real estate value) you can receive a cash reward

What are
the requirements for real estate agents in your network?
Real estate agents
in the SIRVA network must meet stringent requirements to get into the program including the number of years of experience they have and the number of transactions they have
handled. We screen each agent annually
to ensure they are meeting our ongoing quality requirements to stay in the
network. In addition, each agent must
agree not to charge our customers any supplemental fees and they cannot lock our
customers into any contract, so you are always free to walk away at any time for
any reason.
How does the real estate process work?
SIRVA has worked hard to streamline the real estate process to be as effortless as possible for our customers. To start, one of our real estate coordinators contacts you to learn about your needs and what you are looking for in an agent. We then connect you with 1-3 agents for you to talk to that meet your requirements. You then work directly with your agent to buy or sell a home. Your cash reward will be in your hands 30-45 days after closing! It’s that easy.
